I have an easy, elegant and scrumptious little cookie to share with you today! It’s a Melting Moments cookie baked in a mini Madeleine pan! I used the same recipe as my Melting Moments Sandwiches with Raspberry Buttercream, but this time I pressed pieces of the dough into my French Madeleine pan, baked them, then sprinkled…
Today I revisited a lovely Thumbprint Cookie Recipe that I blogged about 2 years ago. It’s an Ina Garten Recipe with buttercream instead of jam, and sprinkles instead of coconut that American Cupcake Abroad created. The sprinkles give the cookies a fun & whimsical look that I love! These cookies are delicious and crisp and perfect for Springtime celebrations!! Let me show you…
I’ve been looking for the perfect Chocolate Chewy Cookie recipe since Gottlieb’s Bakery in Savannah, Georgia closed. They had a location in the mall and I couldn’t pass by without stopping for a Chocolate Chewy Cookie!! They were the most scrumptious extra chewy cookies that I’ve ever eaten! I did buy their cookbook and tried their recipe for Chocolate…
Today I made a quick & easy cookie with one of my favorite ingredients – Nutella! Looooove Nutella!! Hi Danielle! I have an inconsistent oven as well, but somehow I'm able to make pretty decent macarons! Give them a try! As long as you have the right materials – a good baking sheet, a piping bag, a sifter and aged egg whites, you're good to go! The template helps and using the drying tip! Good luck and thanks so much for the kind comments!! xo Jina
