How to Make LEMON TEABAG COOKIES & DIY TEA TAGS

I have an easy, elegant and scrumptious little cookie to share with you today! It’s a Melting Moments cookie baked in a mini Madeleine pan! I used the same recipe as my Melting Moments Sandwiches with Raspberry Buttercream, but this time I pressed pieces of the dough into my French Madeleine pan, baked them, then sprinkled…
I made Macarons this week from a new recipe but they didn’t turn out as pretty as I would have liked so I did the next best thing! Made them into Petits Fours! They were especially pretty because I had made them in two colors – red & pink. I made a Raspberry Buttercream filling using this recipe….
I wish I could say that I made the dessert in this lovely photo, but this is the photo that went with the recipe for Molded French Cream in Southern Living Magazine (April 1999). Yes, I am a bit of a magazine hoarder!! LOL! Mine looks so plain compared to theirs, but since there are…

How many cookies does this recipe make?
Hi Nicole! I got 28 cookies using my 3" cookie cutter. The amount you get depends on the size of your cookie cutter. Thank you!
Can these be made ahead and placed in the freezer?
Hi Amy! Yes, you can go ahead and bake them, then wrap the cooled cookies in foil or put them in a freezer bag. Remove cookies from the freezer the day of the party and let them come to room temperature before decorating.
