I adore meringues…… that crispy, melt in your mouth cookie. I like the fact that you can pipe them any shape you want, and color them to match your party theme. I like that you can add a bit of flavoring to them, or add chocolate chips or nuts. Today I tried a meringue recipe that…
I made Macarons this week from a new recipe but they didn’t turn out as pretty as I would have liked so I did the next best thing! Made them into Petits Fours! They were especially pretty because I had made them in two colors – red & pink. I made a Raspberry Buttercream filling using this recipe….
Today I want to share with you one of my favorite Scottish Shortbread recipes. I’ve made Blueberry Buttercream to go with them with some hand picked Southern blueberries that I was given. It’s basically the same recipe that I used here, I just substituted blueberries for raspberries. There is one thing you have to do when…

Do you think these would work using condensed milk in place of the cream?
Hi Tami! I think that milk would work. (I assume your referring to the unsweetened condensed milk) It just might give slightly different results because condensed milk isn't as thick as heavy cream and isn't as high in fat. Worth a try! Thanks!!
I would buy the cookbook!
Thanks so much Jennifer!! You and Michele will get the first 2 copies!! LOL!
You are the queen of baking Tina! Your cookies look delicious!
