Yours are gorgeous. I haven't quite grasped the delicate and talented art of proper piping, mine always end up kinda turd blogs. Sorry to be indelicate, but that's the perfect description. Yours are tea party worth and absolutely gorgeous! Well done. Now I need to practice piping. I tend to avoid it and miss opportunities to make mundane things incredible – out of laziness or fear or a mixture of both, I'm afraid.
Well done, your pretty meringues!!!
Thanks so much Laura!! I enjoyed my visit to your blog yesterday! You have a lot of creativity! xo Jina
LOL!! Thank you Michele!! All it takes is practice and a few good piping tips!! Thanks for your lovely comments!! xo Jina
The same moment I entered your blog (after being absent for a long time), I noticed how much you love pink..I do too. It is not only about pink being girls color but something smooth soft and pretty..Your creations are so pretty almost not to be eaten but only to be looked at to get in good spirits:)
I agree! Pink is just a lovely soft color that just lifts your spirits somehow! I'm afraid over here at my blog it's like a Pink explosion!! Thank you for your sweet comments Dzoli! You made my day!! xo Jina
I'm a novice here, so forgive me if this is something I should know …. What are the red balls used on top? They appear they were also baked.
Hi Elizabeth and thank you for your question! Please forgive ME, since I should have mentioned what the balls were and where to find them! They are a candy ball that has been discontinued, but now you can find similar candy balls at places like Michaels, Hobby Lobby or Amazon. They are called "Celebration Pearls" candy and are similar to "SweeTarts" but not sour. I think you could substitute these for the balls that I used in the meringues, and they shouldn't melt at the low temperature!
