I’ve been wanting to make Teabag Cookies for a while now after seeing them on Pinterest, and since I didn’t see a tutorial for them I thought I’d make one for you. They’re really easy to make and if you were going to have a little girl’s Birthday Tea Party, this would be a fun…
Hello everyone!! Today I’m sharing my “go to” cookie bar recipe with you – CARMELITAS! Every time I make it for a function, everyone wants the recipe!! It’s perfect for any parties or get togethers, and you never have to worry about bringing the leftovers home, because there won’t be any!! This is a really…
I am so excited to bring to you today a wonderful Amaretti Cookie recipe from my blogger friend Laura over at InCucinaColCuore. Laura always has something yummy baking, and when I saw this Amaretti recipe, I had to give it a try! If you love a nice chewy cookie, then you’ll love these! They taste like a Macaron,…
Today I revisited a lovely Thumbprint Cookie Recipe that I blogged about 2 years ago. It’s an Ina Garten Recipe with buttercream instead of jam, and sprinkles instead of coconut that American Cupcake Abroad created. The sprinkles give the cookies a fun & whimsical look that I love! These cookies are delicious and crisp and perfect for Springtime celebrations!! Let me show you…
Today I made some yummy Lemon Almond Meringues from Joy the Baker! They’re lovely light cookies with a hint of lemon from lemon zest and a splash of lemon juice. Then there’s toasted ground almonds in the cookie, and sliced almonds on top! I have a thing for egg whites! If I see any recipe with egg whites…
I’m so excited today to be participating in a progressive Anne of Green Gables tea party hosted by Sandi at Rose Chintz Cottage. Today I made Anne’s Plum Puffs, which, according to my recipe from a book called The Anne of Green Gables Treasury, is a cream puff, with plum jam and whipped cream! Doesn’t…

What a pity for the first pan! I really hate Macaroons, expecially nowadays… Last week I made them four times before I got the right ones (they came out but looks like "amaretti")… I wouldn't eat one more macaron for a lot of time!!! 😀
Anyway, yours looks gorgeous, I really like the color you chose! You're Great, as always 🙂
Kisses, Laura
Yum, they look delicious and the Pink Marshmallow Buttercream looks amazing! I have pinned your macarons here http://www.pinterest.com/pin/43065740161457913/
Macarons are so aggravating!! I just visited your blog and found some scrumptious looking Amaretti that I can't wait to make!!! I also added your blog to my blog list so that I can keep up with what you're baking!! I'm helping with a Tea Party for 120 ladies this week, so will be posting pictures of that soon! Always glad to have you visit!! xo!! Jina
Thanks Linda! Even though I had some problems baking them they were delicious!! Thanks also for pinning!! Hope your having a good week! xo!! Jina
120 ladies?! It's gonna be a great work! Good luck and let me know what do you think about amaretti! 🙂
P.s. Thanks for adding me, I'm gonna do the same as I saw I lost some recipes 😛
I'll post the Amaretti when I make them! Thanks!! xo!
Hi Jina,
Your Macarons are gorgeous! I *love* the colour of them. I haven't gotten up the nerve to make them yet. But yours sure do give one the incentive to try. Thanks for sharing and Happy Easter!
Blessings,
Sandi
Happy Easter Jina!!! A big hug to you and your family 🙂
I'm in love with everything about your blog! Oh my goodness!
Our Ladies retreat this year is themed RoyalTea. Any ideas where we can buy a lot of tea cups and saucers cheap? My best friend and I have been scouring thrift stores…..and yard sales will be starting soon, but wondered if you had a secret purchasing place? Thank you!
Your spring macaroons look divine. So beautiful and dainty. You are so talented. I am afraid to make macaroons. The process seems a bit difficult to me. Any tips??
