Today my daughter and I made pretty little meringue rosettes. She absolutely adores meringues and will eat every last one if not watched! The cookies here look pretty enough, but not as pretty as they started out. Peach was not the color I wanted, Pink was! Here at Pink Piccadilly Pastries, we like our Pink! (lol) I evidently…
I’ve been looking for the perfect Chocolate Chewy Cookie recipe since Gottlieb’s Bakery in Savannah, Georgia closed. They had a location in the mall and I couldn’t pass by without stopping for a Chocolate Chewy Cookie!! They were the most scrumptious extra chewy cookies that I’ve ever eaten! I did buy their cookbook and tried their recipe for Chocolate…
Are you excited about Holiday Baking? What happens to me is that I make all these plans to bake so many things, then the busyness of the season takes over and ruins my plans. So this year I have decided to start early and try some of these recipes that I have on my (very…
Today I’m revisiting a recipe that I blogged about almost 3 years ago – Cream Wafers! I can’t believe it’s been so long since I made these yummy cookies! Cream Wafers are wonderful little buttery bites that remind me of piecrust cookies with a delicious buttercream filling. These cookie sandwiches aren’t overly sweet because the doughdoesn’t have any sugar in it – just a sprinkling…
I have another fun and easy recipe to share with you today – BUTTER MINTS! Those pretty little mints that you see at Showers and Birthday Parties between the peanuts and the cucumber sandwiches!! Did you know that they are crazy easy to make?? Let me show you how I made them! Into the bowl of…
Last year I came across a set of vintage bunny molds and I couldn’t wait for Spring so that I could share them on the blog! The only question was, what dessert to use with them?! I had but one thought…Panna Cotta! Have you tried Panna Cotta? It’s a creamy, silky custard-like Italian dessert that’sย veryย easy…

What a pity for the first pan! I really hate Macaroons, expecially nowadays… Last week I made them four times before I got the right ones (they came out but looks like "amaretti")… I wouldn't eat one more macaron for a lot of time!!! ๐
Anyway, yours looks gorgeous, I really like the color you chose! You're Great, as always ๐
Kisses, Laura
Yum, they look delicious and the Pink Marshmallow Buttercream looks amazing! I have pinned your macarons here http://www.pinterest.com/pin/43065740161457913/
Macarons are so aggravating!! I just visited your blog and found some scrumptious looking Amaretti that I can't wait to make!!! I also added your blog to my blog list so that I can keep up with what you're baking!! I'm helping with a Tea Party for 120 ladies this week, so will be posting pictures of that soon! Always glad to have you visit!! xo!! Jina

120 ladies?! It's gonna be a great work! Good luck and let me know what do you think about amaretti! ๐
P.s. Thanks for adding me, I'm gonna do the same as I saw I lost some recipes ๐
I'll post the Amaretti when I make them! Thanks!! xo!
Hi Jina,
Your Macarons are gorgeous! I *love* the colour of them. I haven't gotten up the nerve to make them yet. But yours sure do give one the incentive to try. Thanks for sharing and Happy Easter!
Blessings,
Sandi
Happy Easter Jina!!! A big hug to you and your family ๐
I'm in love with everything about your blog! Oh my goodness!
Our Ladies retreat this year is themed RoyalTea. Any ideas where we can buy a lot of tea cups and saucers cheap? My best friend and I have been scouring thrift stores…..and yard sales will be starting soon, but wondered if you had a secret purchasing place? Thank you!
Your spring macaroons look divine. So beautiful and dainty. You are so talented. I am afraid to make macaroons. The process seems a bit difficult to me. Any tips??
